Requirements

  • B.Ed degree mandatory
  • Post-graduate in subject
  • CTET/KVS exam qualified
  • Post-graduate degree in the relevant subject with minimum qualifying marks as per KVS norms
  • Proficiency in both English and Hindi medium instruction as per school requirements
  • Knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns, and continuous comprehensive evaluation methods
  • Willingness to take up additional responsibilities such as house warden, NCC coordinator, or examination in-charge
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university Proficiency in Teaching, Education, Subject Expertise is essential for success in this role Familiarity with would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Teach students in classes XI-XII
  • Prepare lesson plans
  • Conduct examinations
  • Prepare and deliver engaging lessons using a blend of traditional and modern pedagogical approaches
  • Set and evaluate internal examinations, practical sessions, and project-based assessments
  • Guide students for board examinations and competitive entrance tests (JEE, NEET, etc.)
  • Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and inter-school academic events
Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing processes Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
