Bajaj Finance is looking for Investment Banking Analysts to support deal origination and execution in their investment banking division.
This full-time Investment Banking Analyst position at Bajaj Finance in Mumbai places you within a high-performing team focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. You will work alongside senior bankers on live transactions, gaining exposure to deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and client relationship management in the Indian financial services sector.

Requirements
- 1-3 years finance experience
- Financial modeling skills
- CA/CFA preferred
- Proficiency in building merger models, LBO models, and comparable transaction analyses
- Understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks (SEBI), and deal execution processes
- Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
