Requirements

  • 1-3 years marketing experience
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Creative thinking ability
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, ad managers (Meta, Google Ads), and analytics tools
  • Understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and market research methodologies
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools for quick content turnarounds
  • Strong written communication and ability to craft compelling copy for different audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content is essential for success in this role Familiarity with Analytics would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Plan marketing campaigns

Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing processes Participate in regular team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
