Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on JobWala24.xyz infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3), your notice must include the following seven required elements:

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works on our site are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Please provide the specific URL(s) of the page(s) containing the allegedly infringing material.
  4. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, so that we may contact you regarding your complaint.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and made under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  7. Your physical or electronic signature (typed full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature).

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice.” We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within 48 hours and take appropriate action within 10 business days.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted on JobWala24.xyz was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include the following six elements:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (please provide the specific URL).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which JobWala24.xyz may be found.
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Send your counter-notification to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification.” Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action against you within 10 to 14 business days, we will restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, JobWala24.xyz maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Limitation of Liability

JobWala24.xyz shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the removal or disabling of access to content pursuant to a DMCA takedown notice. We act in good faith in responding to claimed infringements and reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe it may infringe the intellectual property rights of any party.
