Swiggy is hiring Delivery Partner Leads to manage delivery operations and partner relationships in Bangalore zones.

As a Delivery Partner Lead at Swiggy in Bangalore, you will manage the operations and performance of delivery partners across designated zones, ensuring fast, reliable, and efficient food delivery for Swiggy's customers. This full-time role is a critical link between the platform's operational goals and the ground-level delivery workforce that makes it all happen.

You will be responsible for partner onboarding, training, performance monitoring, dispute resolution, and retention strategies. The role requires strong people management skills, comfort with data-driven operations, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing a diverse workforce of gig economy delivery partners
  • Knowledge of local Bangalore geography, traffic patterns, and delivery zone optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in Operations, Team Management, Logistics is essential for success in this role Familiarity with would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery partner fleet
  • Optimize delivery routes
  • Handle escalations
  • Conduct regular briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews for delivery partners
  • Monitor real-time delivery metrics including delivery time, acceptance rates, and customer ratings
  • Resolve delivery partner grievances, payment disputes, and operational escalations promptly
  • Implement incentive programs and engagement activities to improve partner retention and satisfaction
Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing processes Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization
