Reliance Retail is hiring Store Managers for their retail outlets across Delhi NCR. Lead store operations and team management.

As a Store Manager at Reliance Retail in Delhi NCR, you will be responsible for the overall performance and operations of a retail outlet, managing everything from sales targets and inventory control to team leadership and customer experience. This full-time role places you at the front line of India's largest organized retail network, serving customers across electronics, fashion, grocery, or lifestyle categories.

You will recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates, ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained, and drive store profitability through effective cost management and sales strategies. Requirements

  • 3-6 years retail management
  • Team leadership experience
  • P&L management skills
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and sales reporting tools
  • Understanding of visual merchandising principles and store layout optimization
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement targeted promotional strategies
  • Strong people management skills including scheduling, performance coaching, and team development
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs Proficiency in Retail Management, Team Leadership, Sales is essential for success in this role Familiarity with P&L would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and minimize shrinkage through proper stock management

Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing processes Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing Contribute to a positive team culture through mentorship and knowledge transfer
