Requirements

  • 1-3 years nursing experience
  • Registered nurse license
  • Hospital experience preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution
  • Valid registration with State Nursing Council and current practice license
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS certification preferred for critical care positions
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospital operations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university Proficiency in Nursing, Patient Care, Hospital Operations is essential for success in this role Familiarity with would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Patient care and monitoring
  • Administer medications

  • Perform clinical assessments, vital sign monitoring, and implement physician-ordered care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in hospital information systems
  • Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy departments for patient investigations and treatments
  • Educate patients and family members on post-discharge care, medication schedules, and follow-up appointments
Contribute to a positive team culture through mentorship and knowledge transfer Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing
