Requirements

  • 1-3 years pharmacy experience
  • Registered pharmacist
  • Hospital pharmacy preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm) from a recognized university
  • Valid registration with State Pharmacy Council as per the Pharmacy Act
  • Knowledge of drug formularies, pharmaceutical inventory systems, and prescription management software
  • Understanding of infection control practices and handling of controlled substances
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in Pharmacy, Hospital Operations, Patient Care is essential for success in this role Familiarity with would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Inventory management
  • Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately while checking for drug interactions and dosage appropriateness
  • Manage pharmaceutical inventory including ordering, storage, expiry tracking, and disposal of medications
  • Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff regarding drug availability, substitutions, and special orders
  • Maintain records as per Drug and Cosmetics Act and participate in pharmacy audits
Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization Participate in regular team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing processes Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
