Track maintenanceStation operations supportSafety compliancePerform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of railway tracks, signals, or electrical systemsFollow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines during all maintenance activitiesReport defects, damages, and safety hazards to supervisory staff promptlyParticipate in emergency response and accident relief operations as directed by railway authorities Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing processes Participate in regular team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions Contribute to a positive team culture through mentorship and knowledge transfer Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing
