Requirements
- 2-5 years in banking
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Knowledge of banking products
- Familiarity with mutual funds, insurance products, fixed income instruments, and lending products
- AMFI and IRDA certifications preferred for financial product advisory
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills with ability to generate referrals
- Proficiency in using banking CRM systems and digital banking platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage HNI client portfolio
- Cross-sell banking products
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and provide investment recommendations based on client goals
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements for all client transactions
- Coordinate with branch operations, credit teams, and product specialists for seamless service delivery
- Track and report client engagement metrics, revenue contribution, and portfolio growth
