Requirements

  • 2-5 years in banking
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Knowledge of banking products
  • Familiarity with mutual funds, insurance products, fixed income instruments, and lending products
  • AMFI and IRDA certifications preferred for financial product advisory
  • Strong networking and client acquisition skills with ability to generate referrals
  • Proficiency in using banking CRM systems and digital banking platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university Proficiency in Banking, Relationship Management, Sales is essential for success in this role Familiarity with would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Manage HNI client portfolio
  • Cross-sell banking products
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and provide investment recommendations based on client goals
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements for all client transactions
  • Coordinate with branch operations, credit teams, and product specialists for seamless service delivery
  • Track and report client engagement metrics, revenue contribution, and portfolio growth
Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing processes Contribute to a positive team culture through mentorship and knowledge transfer Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization
