As a Telecom Engineer at Jio in Navi Mumbai, you will contribute to the expansion and optimization of India's most advanced telecommunications network, including the nationwide 5G rollout. This full-time role involves radio frequency planning, network design, optimization, and performance management for both 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies across assigned coverage areas.
You will work with cutting-edge telecom equipment from vendors such as Samsung, Ericsson, and Nokia, collaborating with field teams, site acquisition specialists, and core network engineers. Requirements
- 2-4 years telecom experience
- 5G technology knowledge
- RF planning skills
- Understanding of wireless communication principles including propagation models, link budgets, and antenna systems
- Experience with RF planning tools such as Atoll, Planet, or TEMS for network coverage analysis
- Knowledge of 3GPP standards for LTE and 5G NR including frame structure, beamforming, and carrier aggregation
- Proficiency in drive test analysis and post-processing tools for network performance evaluation
Responsibilities

- Prepare technical reports on network performance, coverage gaps, and capacity planning recommendations
