This full-time Business Development Manager position at Wipro in Pune focuses on growing the enterprise client base in the IT services and digital solutions space. Requirements

  • MBA with 5-8 years BD experience
  • IT services background preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets in IT services
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and strong pipeline management discipline
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, CRM is essential for success in this role Familiarity with Negotiation would be an added advantage
