Mahindra Group is seeking an HR Manager to lead talent acquisition and employee engagement for their automotive division.

Requirements

5-8 years HR experienceMBA in HR requiredStrong leadership skillsExperience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management for technical and non-technical rolesKnowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity), and HR audit processesProficiency in HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or DarwinboxStrong conflict resolution, coaching, and employee counseling capabilities Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in HR Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations is essential for success in this role Familiarity with would be an added advantage
