Bajaj Finance is looking for Investment Banking Analysts to support deal origination and execution in their investment banking division.

This full-time Investment Banking Analyst position at Bajaj Finance in Mumbai places you within a high-performing team focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. You will work alongside senior bankers on live transactions, gaining exposure to deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and client relationship management in the Indian financial services sector.

You will build financial models, conduct market research, and prepare presentation materials for client meetings and investment committee reviews. Requirements

1-3 years finance experienceFinancial modeling skillsCA/CFA preferredProficiency in building merger models, LBO models, and comparable transaction analysesUnderstanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks (SEBI), and deal execution processesAdvanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and data visualization techniquesAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in Financial Modeling, M&A, Valuation is essential for success in this role Familiarity with Excel would be an added advantage
