Airtel is hiring Network Engineers to manage and optimize their telecom infrastructure across India.

As a Network Engineer at Airtel in Gurgaon, you will play a key role in managing and expanding one of India’s largest telecommunications networks. This full-time position involves hands-on work with core and access network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for millions of subscribers across voice, data, and enterprise connectivity services.

You will be responsible for network planning, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization, working with both legacy and next-generation technologies including 4G LTE and 5G NR. The role requires collaboration with field teams, equipment vendors, and NOC operations. Requirements

2-4 years networking experienceCCNA/CCNP certificationKnowledge of 4G/5G technologiesHands-on experience with router and switch configuration (Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei equipment)Understanding of network security principles including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systemsExperience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTGWillingness to participate in on-call rotations for network incident response Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in Networking, CCNA, 5G is essential for success in this role Familiarity with Linux and TCP/IP would be an added advantage
