As a Telecom Engineer at Jio in Navi Mumbai, you will contribute to the expansion and optimization of India’s most advanced telecommunications network, including the nationwide 5G rollout. This full-time role involves radio frequency planning, network design, optimization, and performance management for both 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies across assigned coverage areas.

You will work with cutting-edge telecom equipment from vendors such as Samsung, Ericsson, and Nokia, collaborating with field teams, site acquisition specialists, and core network engineers. Requirements

2-4 years telecom experience5G technology knowledgeRF planning skillsUnderstanding of wireless communication principles including propagation models, link budgets, and antenna systemsExperience with RF planning tools such as Atoll, Planet, or TEMS for network coverage analysisKnowledge of 3GPP standards for LTE and 5G NR including frame structure, beamforming, and carrier aggregationProficiency in drive test analysis and post-processing tools for network performance evaluation Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs Proficiency in 5G, RF Planning, Telecom is essential for success in this role Familiarity with Network Optimization would be an added advantage
